Practices

Practices start Nov. 30 and a practice schedule will be provided. Most of the time, practices will be right after school (on normal dismissal days) and end at 5:30p.m. Practices starting November 30th thru December 4th will be from 3:20-5:30 p.m.

Please pick-up your wrestler at the MS gym doorways (south-side of building). Please be timely in picking up your wrestler.

All wrestlers are required to have a recent sports physical on file with the school.

Your child will need shorts, t-shirt, white socks (gym clothes work well), wrestling shoes, and headgear for practice.

Wrestling shoes and headgear will be available for wrestlers on a first-come-first-serve basis (first practice).

Wrestlers are responsible for bringing their wrestling shoes and headgear to every practice and meet.

You are welcomed to purchase shoes and/or headgear for your wrestler if you prefer.
